Emma Chhoeum, co-founder
French-American dual citizen, I have had the chance of experiencing the best of both worlds; growing up and studying in the United States and living and working in Europe.
After completing my undergraduate studies in Sociology and postgraduate studies in Public Policy in the States, I decided to move to France in 2019, to embark on a life-changing journey. My first job was teaching English at a French trade school, where I assisted students with their communication skills and self-confidence.
I later joined higher education in 2021 in Geneva, Switzerland, where I worked in admissions for a business school for three years. I was responsible for overseeing the international applicants, developing and implementing admissions policies and procedures and representing the institution across different recruitment events.
I am incredibly grateful for the extensive global network I have built and for the opportunity to positively impact students and their families. I look forward to continuing to leverage my unique perspective of the educational landscape through C2H Agency.
Jordan Chhoeum, co-founder
French-Cambodian and passionate about travel, I've had the opportunity to explore different parts of the world and live and work internationally. These experiences have fueled my curiosity, broadened my worldview, and deepened my passion for cross-cultural exchange.
With a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance, I started my career in major banking institutions such as Crédit Agricole in France and Laurentian Bank in Canada. There, I learned the value of listening, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
I then transitioned into the human recruitment sector where I developed B2B operations, established partnerships, and contributed to the growth of a regional agency.
Today, my mission is clear: to empower the next generation in finding their ideal path and achieving their aspirations.
